KIPP Colorado Schools offers a competitive benefits package to support the work/life balance of both teachers and non-instructional employees. All full-time regular employees are eligible for medical and life insurance. KIPP Colorado pays 100 percent of the employee premium for select plans.

KIPP Colorado recognizes 13 paid holidays per year, plus 10 days over the winter break, and additional summer time off for academic staff.

All full-time academic and administrative employees accrue vacation days at rates between 7 and 15 days per year. Regular part-time employees may also accrue days depending on their position.

Jury Duty Time off
Employees may be granted up to 3 paid days for Jury Duty.

Bereavement Time off
Employees may be granted up to 5 paid days off for bereavement.
